| Lola is our left hand drive, 1976 Californian conversion fully refurbished inside and out this year featuring alloy wheels, louvre window and traditional style roof rack. She sleeps 2 (in full width rock n roll bed) + 2 in the drive away awning. Lola can carry 5 passengers, so later in the season we will be having a hammock fitted over the front seats for an extra little one should anyone have an extra little one! We can provide airbed(s) and bedding at extra cost if you prefer to travel to us with minimum luggage. The bike rack for your own 2 bikes is included in the price if you need it. Lola has a 12v fridge, removable table, two ring gas cooker and sink unit, a 2 speaker CD player and radio that runs off the leisure battery. She has a new 1.6 litre air-cooled engine for that true veedub driving experience. Although Lola looks new she is a genuine 1976 camper van and as such needs to be driven with the care she deserves so please be aware not to plan too many miles between stops as her top speed is around 65mph! The steady pace forces you to relax though and you’ll find yourself chilled out in no time bimbling around the West Country. The camper needs to be returned clean with a full tank of petrol and at least one full gas bottle for the next holiday makers. We cannot allow smoking inside the vans and politely request you respect this.  |
